Mersing

When years are passing by like days,
and in my hand your hand is placed,
a knowing smile crosses your face,
a simple touch can still make my heart race.
When I can see my soul in your eyes,
and you see your soul in mine we realize,
that a love so deep can harbor no lies,
where our only tears shed were happy tears we've cried.
I love you as much now as I ever did before,
if possible, I may even love you more,
all starting from a feeling we did not ignore,
a feeling of connection we chose to explore.
I don't know what it is that you saw in me,
what I saw in you was the utmost happiness
that can ever be,
even more so on the day when you and I
became "We",
I can still smile and say with love and
truth Honey, I love you!!!!

The Mersing Beach Resort, Air Papan Mersing Johor Malaysia is a perfect destination and indeed a 'trap' for the visitors who need to get away from it all. There is no escape...the blissful enjoyment and complete freedom of relaxation makes one feel entrapped...in Paradise!!!!

Roughly 10 kilometers from Mersing (two hours from Johor Bahru) lies a beachcomber's paradise. Cast off the shackles of urbanization for the endless stretches of grayish sands that play host to the annual sea carnival and fun fair "Pesta Air Papan," celebrated on the first of May. Stay at one of the many traditional resorts and chalets before scooting off to the neighboring islands in the morning. The journey by speedboat takes two hours, while traveling on a normal boat will take four hours. Day trips to Pulau Batu Gajah and Pulau Setingan are provided for a nominal fee.

-From JB and Singapore

Via Woodlands causeway: After crossing over to Malaysia take the first U turn heading back towards the causeway. Take Jalan Wong Ah Fook and this will lead you through Johor Bahru City passing City Square shopping mall on your right. Look out for the overhead Bridge with the sign 'Kota Tinggi - Desaru'. Follow this sign leading you to route 3 . Route 3 will take you towards Kota Tinggi and Mersing. Just follow the signs. (see http://www.jputra.com - for road map)
